Here we are again!

I'm back in business baby!! I hope anyway- So its been a looong time since I blogged but alas, I'm gonna do it again! here's a quick update:
We are back in Panama City,Panama! Sydney is now 5, Preston 3, and Alexandra is 4 months. Life is good and we are adjusting to swimming in the pool everyday quite nicely..hehe...
