Happy New Year 2011!!

There were thousands of fireworks going crazy all over the city-
This one was right in front of our windows!

It was so cool-Sydney was still awake, of course, and was
loving it, then scared, then loving it, then scared.
It was a LOT of noise!

Preston, however, didn't notice a thing-
Happy new year buddy!

(BTW- This little comfy rug was a Christmas present
from my sweetie. It is a little patch of soft, comfy-ness.
It has also doubled for a sleeping spot when the kids want
to sleep with us in our room...)

Here is a video of the magic!
You can hear car alarms going off and all the little crackling booms.
The fireworks in the distance look like picture flashes going off.
It was so cool!
